Rectangular moulding strips made of beechwood are really hard but can still be worked with by hand or machine; they have sharp edges and hold well when glued. The surface takes well to staining and polishing.
These mouldings can be cut by means of a coping saw, a fret saw or a circular table saw (ours are from the Proxxon and Kaleas companies). Gluing work can be done with either Uhu hard or Ponal Express.
Bent shapes are best made with beech cold bendable moulding. Moulding sizes that are not included in our assortment can be created by combining the cross-sections that are available.
