Modulor has become known as a dealer of material and furniture. At the same time, we develop most of our furniture ourselves from the very beginning. So it was only a matter of time to take the necessary and logical step of object planning.

Our expertise lies in the field of furnishing and optimal equipment of daily used office, sales or recreation rooms. Our planning service is a non-binding and free of charge service, which aims to support you in word and deed every step of the way - from the initial consultation to the final furniture installation.

In just a few steps to individual room planning

We are your partner for creative office design and optimal use of available space. So that we understand exactly what questions are on your mind and what challenges you are facing, let's put our heads together. Our many years of experience show: Chances are good that we will find the right solution in just a few steps.

1. Gather information

In order to get a good insight into your project and the related questions, it is very helpful for us if you compile existing documents such as floor plans, sections or photos, in short: everything that is currently available about your project. You can send us this information digitally or bring it with you to the meeting - which brings us to the next step.

2. Talk about it

We would like to know as much as possible about your project in order to assess it well and start planning from there. If there are project documents, you have gathered them. Now is the perfect time to talk to each other. This can be done in different ways, e.g. by phone or video call. You are also welcome to come directly to our showroom. We may also be able to stop by for a visit. However, please understand that we currently limit such visits to Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.

3. Planning

We now have a good impression of your project and start planning. Depending on the requirements and size, we create planning drawings in floor plan or three-dimensional drawings. Our focus is the planning of the furnishing, so that we avoid as far as possible the representation of surface textures or unimportant details of the rooms. As a rule, you will receive a PDF with our planning proposals as well as a non-binding offer for the furniture integrated in it.

4. Final phase

We discuss our concept, clarify questions and integrate your feedback. Of course, we also take into account project deadlines and the delivery times of our furniture. Therefore, we can only make a limited number of changes to the plans. We always look forward to this phase in particular, because the initial ideas, our collaboration and the subsequent planning slowly but surely become reality. When the rooms are furnished and the project is completed, we will be happy to visit you to capture the result in pictures and present it on our site.
