TFC PU resin is a high-quality, almost odorless, two-component casting compound. It is mainly used in the manufacture of molds, models, core soils and tool parts in mold-making and modeling. Whether you are looking for decorative objects for arts and crafts, or figurines, dioramas, miniatures and small parts with particularly fine contours, the resin is also suitable for filigree forms, prototypes, negatives, control casts, and sample parts of all kinds with cast resin paints. Since it has a white to beige color when uncolored and hardened, it can be beautifully designed and painted thanks to the closed surface. In addition, it can be easily processed, drilled, and sanded. The material is UV-resistant.
This is how it works
Before use, carefully mix both compounds together at room temperature (>18 °C) in a mixing ratio of 1:1. Please ensure that parts and molds are free from moisture and non-ventilated release agents before potting.
