Flame protection spray impregnates crepe paper, decoration materials made of cellulose fibre fabrics and jute in order to make them flame retardant according to the German classification DIN 4102 B1. This general building test certificate confirms that the material named will be flame resistant when it is mounted at least 40 mm from the next flat material. The liquid in the large plastic tub can best be applied by filling a smaller spray bottle for your work. The following application amounts should be adhered to (spray distance of about 20 cm).

This spray has not been tested in connection to other absorbant materials like cardboard or cotton fabric regarding its compliance with DIN 4102 B1 because such tests are very elaborate and therefore expensive. It can nonetheless be used with other materials - to what extent such use will satisfy the local fire protection requirements must be taken up with the proper authorities (fire department).
