The plottiX PremiumFlex thermal transfer film offers you a good basis for complex motifs as it is both thin and elastic.

You can cut lettering or icons from the 30 x 30 cm sheet as you wish to label textiles or design them according to your own ideas. The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified film is suitable for garments and accessories made of cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. This gives you maximum flexibility when implementing your ideas.

To iron on the film, proceed as follows: Heat an iron or heat press to 150 °C. Preheat your fabric for about 5 seconds. Place your cut-out motif on the desired area and cover it with baking paper. Then press it on for approx. 12 seconds. Remove the backing hot or cold.

Good to know: You can wash your self-designed hoodies and co. at up to 60 °C. The washing temperature should be as low as possible and the textiles should be turned inside out beforehand.

Tip: If you are using a Silhouette cutting plotter to cut out your design, select blade setting 2 and contact pressure 4. A preliminary test is always advisable to determine the best possible values. The result depends heavily on the condition of your knife. The contact pressure must be higher for a blunt blade, for example.
