The Opinel stainless steel pocket knife no. 9 is a classic, robust and functional folding knife for everyday use. You can use it for outdoor activities or simple manual work. Size no. 9 is one of the larger models in the series and offers a good balance between blade length, handling and portability.
The blade is made of stainless steel and has the typical Opinel Yatagan shape. This slightly curved blade shape with a raised tip supports controlled cuts and ensures a stable cutting edge. The stainless steel used is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, making it suitable for use in damp environments. The blade can be resharpened if necessary.
The wooden handle is varnished to protect the wood from moisture and dirt. The handle contour is designed so that the knife sits securely and comfortably in the hand, even during prolonged use. The Opinel No. 9 is equipped with the Virobloc system to secure the blade. The rotating metal locking ring allows you to secure the blade both open and closed. This increases safety during use and transportation.
