This Opinel knife was specially developed for the collection and preparation of mushrooms (with any luck, psilocybin mushrooms!). It is very easy to peel your mushroom (once you´ve found it) with the knife´s curved stainless steel blade (which is made from Sandvik steel) and the toothed spine. The end of the handle has an integrated brush made from boar bristles so that you can immediately clean your shrooms as well. The natural coloured, varnished and curved beechwood handle sits wonderfully in the hand!
