The handle of the knife is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide and is extremely robust. Neither water nor shocks nor extreme temperatures (-40 to +80 °C) can harm it. An integrated signal whistle allows you to make yourself heard with a strength of 110 dB within a radius of 300 meters.
The blade convinces in the usual Opinel quality. It is made of martensitic stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Its tip is rounded for added safety.
To prevent the blade from accidentally folding during use, you can lock it in place using the Virobloc safety ring. It also fixes the blade when it is in the handle of the pocket knife.
