a harder and higher quality alpha plaster for artistic castings, course grain, does not clump; mixing ratio of powder to water is 2.5:1, setting time is 8 – 15 minutes, demoulding time is 30 minutes, takes paint well, for beginners and advanced users
The Gedeo hard plaster has a somewhat courser grain than the Gedeo resin plaster and has a porous surface when cured, which makes it ideal for being painted on. The plaster can also be vat dyed by adding acrylic dye to the water before mixing in the powder. By adding milk to the water your final object can be polished after it has cured so as to produce a marble appearance. By adding TALCUM POWDER when stirring your mixture or by sprinkling talcum powder over a still wet object and then tapping it gently, a smooth, silky appearance can be achieved.
