With the die-cast frame of cast aluminum, casting frames can be produced in the individually required size. For this purpose, the four angle plates are placed against one another until the desired box model is formed. In this way, you can only use as much material for the casting as is actually necessary. The angle brackets can be fixed in the desired position with office clamps. We recommend sealing the remaining intersplices of the plates with one another, and the bottom plate of the vessel with modeling compound, to prevent leakage of the casting compound.  

Molded materials such as silicone with self-separating properties adhere very poorly to aluminum. And this is precisely the reason for the great strength of the casting box: after hardening the corresponding casting material, the aluminum angle plates can be removed very easily. In contrast to wood frames, easy removal of the cured mass is ensured. Only in the case of casting compounds which do not have self-separating properties, the casting frame must be pretreated with the corresponding release agent.

If you want to enclose larger objects with the pouring box, you can combine the sheets of several moldings into a larger box. The transitions should also be sealed with modeling material in order to avoid leakage.
