The Beavercraft spoon carving set has been put together for making wooden spoons and similar concave wooden shapes. It consists of two coordinated carving tools with which you can carry out the essential steps of spoon carving: from rough shaping to hollowing out the bowl (the concave inner surface).
The tools have high-quality blades made of durable carbon steel, which are already well sharpened and can work on both soft and hard woods. The handles are made of ash wood, are ergonomically shaped and treated with linseed oil to ensure a pleasant feel and sufficient grip. For tool care, the set includes a leather strap with green-grey polishing compound, which you can use to maintain or renew the sharpness of the blades.
