Acrylic glass polishing paste is a care product specially formulated for plastics for the surface treatment of acrylic glass and comparable transparent plastics. The polishing agents contained are selected and formulated in such a way that they enable plastics to be polished to a shine. You can use the paste to polish light scratches out of acrylic glass surfaces.
The paste is wax-free and water-soluble. This means that no waxy residue remains on the surface after application, which is particularly relevant if the material is to be further processed or bonded. The water-solubility also makes it easier to remove polishing residues after the polishing process and enables clean finishing.
As an abrasive paste, the product acts mechanically via finely tuned abrasive particles. These remove superficial damage in a controlled manner. The setting agents contained ensure an even distribution of the abrasives and a constant consistency during application. The polishing paste is suitable for use in model making, in the workshop, for repair work or for preparing acrylic glass surfaces.
