Our store is barrier-free. Unfortunately, the Moritzplatz subway station is only accessible via stairs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer our own customer parking spaces. However, parking spaces are available at the building for customers with disabilities.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for items in the store. But how about ordering your items for collection in the store? This saves time and has the great side effect of allowing you to browse for new items afterwards.

Within 30 days, we will take back the items you have purchased in the store on presentation of the receipt, provided they are complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact our helpful team at the service counter directly in the entrance area. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items purchased in the store.

Items that you have ordered online can usually be returned by post. You can find all the information on this in the Help section under Returns. However, you can also return items purchased online in-store as described above.

Regardless of whether you return items purchased in-store or online, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase or order. If you return items purchased online in-store, a cash refund is unfortunately not possible.

Excluded from the right of return are cut-to-size items, cut-offs and rolled goods as well as other items made individually for you, newspapers, magazines, magazines and purchase vouchers.

Yes, you can order a courier delivery from our store. Your purchase will then be delivered to your desired address within Berlin. We offer this service from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The costs for this depend on the size of the delivery. You can find the prices for courier deliveries here.

You can pay in cash, by EC card with pin or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express).

You are welcome to buy physical store vouchers from us for redemption in-store or in the online store, or you can buy PDF vouchers in the online store, which can also be redeemed both in-store and online. Take a look directly at our Modulor voucher. 

If you are a student, you will receive a 5% discount on your purchases in the Modulor store on presentation of your current student ID. You will receive the discount on discountable goods. You can find out whether items are eligible for discount or not at the checkout or at the information counter in the store.

We will be happy to make you an individual offer if you are interested in larger quantities of one or more items from our range.

There is no general quantity. We also offer many items as discounted packaging units.

If you are interested in purchasing larger quantities, please send us your request. We will be happy to check the possibility of an individual discount.

Hand samples of many materials are available. Please speak to our staff when you visit our store. You can also find many materials as samples in our sample box.

You can bring your dog with you when you shop with us. Please keep it on a short lead in our store and be considerate of our colleagues, visitors and our product range.

We have a changing table by the customer toilets on the first floor. Please ask for the key at one of our information desks.

If you have lost something in our store, call us on our Lost & Found number and leave a message on the answering machine. Please include your name, e-mail address or telephone number and a brief description of the lost item. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
