The X table frame is a minimalist and well-designed steel structure onto which you can place a wide variety of tabletops (minimum dimensions 0.8 x 1.4 m, maximum dimensions 1 x 2 m). It stands out for its great flexibility and high practicality in everyday use. It adapts to your needs and can be assembled in different ways: You can mount the connecting crossbar (the eponymous “X”) between the side panels, centered on them, if you want to use the table from both long sides. Alternatively, if you’re using only one long side, you can mount the crossbar closer to the edge to create more legroom under the tabletop. You can adjust this setting as often as you like. So if your usage needs change, you won’t need a new table—just your Allen wrench. You can also take advantage of the frame’s versatility in other ways: If you need a longer table or a conference table, you can line up two (or more) frames lengthwise, placing them one behind the other. In such a case, you could also combine different frame colors. In this case, the tabletop should measure at least 0.8 x 2.7 m and no more than 1.0 x 3.2 m.
Since the crossbar is detachably connected at the intersection, the table frame is easy to transport and handle when disassembled. This not only makes it easy to carry but also allows you to effortlessly move the frame to a different location. All connections can be assembled using the same Allen wrench. The table can be set up quickly, as the frame essentially consists of only two different components: the side frames, on which the tabletop rests, and the connecting struts. Because the X Table Frame is so versatile, it’s suitable for a wide range of situations: from a studio table during training to a dining table in a home setting, all the way to a versatile office or conference table.
To optimally adapt the X Table Frame to your individual needs, we’ve developed a range of accessories. This allows the X Table to meet a wide variety of requirements:
- Use tabletop brackets to attach your tabletop to the frame.
- With height adjusters , you can vary the working height or tilt the tabletop.
- Adjustable feet compensate for unevenness in the floor and prevent the table from wobbling.
- The casters make your X-Table mobile, so you can move it on your own.
- Cables, chargers, and power strips can be tucked away in the built-in cable channel .
