With Easy Blue photo emulsion, you can coat screen printing frames to expose your own motifs in the following step on the screen. The photo emulsion can be considered as the core element of the screen printing because when exposing the photo emulsion, the individual stencil is created on the screen. The emulsion is not called "Easy Blue" for nothing: It's easy to handle and blue.
Please make sure that you apply Easy Blue only under yellow light on the screen! As soon as UV light encounters Easy Blue photo emulsion, a photochemical reaction begins. This reaction should only take place during exposure and not already during coating.

The emulsion is non-hazardous, and therefore, does not require any special labeling. Small quantities may be disposed of via the normal wastewater system.
Easy to decoat (removable from the screen). You don't need a high-pressure cleaner for cleaning.
The emulsion lasts for at least one year after opening the can. Unopened, it's stable for over two years.
Application: The emulsion is applied on both sides of the screen with the aid of the coating trough. The layer must then be dried with a hairdryer or by air. The dried photo layer can then be exposed to your motif.
Exposure time: Expose for at least 3 and a half minutes with a 400 W halogen lamp at a distance of about 60-70 cm. Yellow mesh should be exposed for 7-10 minutes. Pure UV light is not required here but can significantly shorten the exposure time. Attention, Easy Blue is not 100% solvent-resistant.
