Rayher frost effect paint is a translucent special paint that was developed to give smooth and transparent surfaces such as glass, ceramics and plastic a matt, frost-like appearance. Once dry, it creates a surface that is reminiscent of frosted glass and is therefore ideal for winter decorations or individual designs. If required, you can even harden the paint on glass in the oven, in which case the paint can be rinsed (by hand).
To use, first make sure that the surface to be decorated is completely clean (free of dirt, dust and grease). Then stir the paint well (at room temperature) and apply the frost effect paint evenly with a sponge. For more intense effects, you can apply several coats. Allow the paint to air dry for 24 hours. For increased durability, the painted object can be hardened in the oven at 160 °C for 20 minutes. After the hardening process, the paint is no longer water-soluble. If desired, the applied paint can be removed with a glass scraper.
