With these DIY holders, you can turn a compatible smartphone case into the base for your own custom phone lanyard in no time. Simply place the flat holder between your smartphone and the case, and thread its attachment tab through the charging port opening. Then you can attach a cord, ribbon, or a handmade beaded chain to the outer ring. This way, your smartphone stays within easy reach when you’re on the go, without needing a special phone strap case.
The inserts, each measuring 4 × 6 cm, are suitable for all standard smartphone sizes. You’ll need a compatible case with a sufficiently closed bottom that securely holds the insert in place.
