The Danlamp LED Edison Bulb is a clear LED bulb designed for 240 V with an E27 base in a classic Edison shape. The 300-lumen, 4-watt version is designed for fixtures where the bulb remains visible, such as open sockets, pendant lights, outdoor lamps, or free-hanging fixtures. Thanks to its clear design and visible LED filament, this bulb is particularly well-suited for applications where not only the light output but also the shape of the bulb is intended to be part of the design.
With a color temperature of 2200 K, the Edison Lamp produces a very warm light. This can be useful in areas where a calm, subdued lighting effect is desired, such as above tables, in entryways, in common areas, or in decorative lighting installations. The luminous flux of 300 lumens is suitable for subtle general or accent lighting. This amount of light is generally not sufficient on its own for workspaces or areas requiring bright illumination; in such cases, the bulb is better suited for use as a supplementary light source.
The lamp is dimmable (with a suitable dimmer) and can therefore be adapted to different lighting situations. With a diameter of 64 mm and a length of 150 mm, the lamp is longer than many standard LED lamps; so you should check before installation to ensure there is sufficient space in the selected fixture. The specified lifespan is 15,000 hours, and the color rendering index is Ra > 90. The color rendering index (Ra) indicates how natural the colors of illuminated objects appear compared to natural sunlight. The scale ranges from 0 to 100, which represents perfect color rendering. A value of 90 is very good. The color rendering is ideal for living spaces.
