"Coffee-to-go" is also without waste: You can use the blank mug with lid again and again and even customize it. It consists of 50% bamboo (a fast-growing and, therefore, resource-saving plant), 30% corn starch, and 20% melamine, a plastic which ensures the break-resistance strength of the travel cup.
Its screwcap with an opening for drinking can be easily opened and closed without leaking. The material is, of course, food-safe, tasteless, and suitable for all hot and cold liquids. You can wash the bamboo cup by hand or (depending on the color used when painting) put in the dishwasher at a maximum of 65°C.
Customize it as a gift or your own favorite cup for coffee, tea, or soup: paint the velvety matt surface, e.g., with acrylic and chalk paint or with porcelain, acrylic, or glass markers (do not burn, the material cannot take that!). Photos can be applied, for example, with Photo Patch. And with a self-made banderole made of felt, cork, or corrugated cardboard as the icing on the cake, the DIY coffee mug doesn't get too hot when in use.
When designing, keep in mind that the dish is food-safe only when surfaces that come into contact with food or lips are unpainted.
