Tombow Irojiten colored pencils are high-quality colored pencils from Japan, which are characterized by their stylish design with creamy white lacquering and with the end piece matching the color and - above all - by their functionality. The pens have a soft, wax-based lead that creates a creamy texture. This enables a rich and precise application of color. The colored pencils can be used for seamless blending of colors as well as precise lines and details. They deliver a high level of detail and are easy to sharpen. The Irojiten colored pencils are versatile and are ideal for illustrations, bullet journaling, urban sketching and mandalas.
The first Irojiten colored pencil was sold in Japan back in 1988. The name "Irojiten" means "color lexicon" in Japanese, which reflects the extensive color palette of 100 different shades, including extraordinary pastel and neon tones. At this point, we offer sets of ten with a selection of colors that blend particularly smoothly into each other and allow very flowing color gradients in a book-like packaging.
