The Staedtler Mars Lumograph Jumbo is an extra-wide drawing pencil for graphic and artistic tasks. With its significantly thicker lead diameter of approx. 5.3 mm, it enables a wide range of drawing, shading and hatching possibilities. The pencil is particularly break-resistant thanks to a special formula and the hard bonding of the lead. You can also write with the Jumbo - especially if you want to create a striking typeface. The pencil is made from wood that comes from certified (PEFC) sustainably managed forests.
You will also need a suitable sharpener to sharpen the Lumograph Jumbo. Due to the large diameter, the pencil may require a wider sharpener or a suitable tip shape. As a rule, double sharpeners with a sharpening option for pencils up to 12 mm in diameter are suitable.
