The STABILO CarbOthello pastel crayon combines the non-slip action of charcoal with the coloring power of classic pastel crayons - in a practical pencil form. The colored lead delivers a dry, slightly dusty stroke that can be easily blended and wiped dry; if necessary, the application can be partially blended with a little water, leaving contours visible. Thanks to the high pigment content, each color develops a strong luminosity and opacity while maintaining very good lightfastness. The pigments adhere particularly well to rough or textured paper, which gives the set a wide range of creative applications - from fine sketches to expressive pastel paintings and work on dark backgrounds. The wood-cased barrel protects the lead from breakage and makes handling easier. Several colors are available in the set, which is particularly suitable for extensive projects or for mixing.
