The Stabilo Easybirdy Timber fountain pen is an ergonomically developed school fountain pen that is specifically designed to meet the needs of children learning to write. The focus is on supporting a clean, relaxed writing posture to counteract poor posture at an early stage. The fountain pen combines functional ergonomics with a barrel made of real wood, which clearly distinguishes it from classic plastic school fountain pens and at the same time offers a pleasant feel.

A key feature of the Easybirdy Timber is the individually adjustable nib. The angle of inclination of the nib can be adjusted in several stages by a total of 30° and can therefore be adapted to the child's personal writing posture. In this way, the fountain pen supports an even stroke and promotes a controlled writing pattern, regardless of whether the child is writing steeply or rather flat. This adjustment option is particularly relevant when the child is learning to write, as the hand position is still developing and stabilizing.

The ergonomically shaped grip zone supports a natural finger position and helps to reduce pressure and cramping. In combination with the stable, gliding nib, this creates an even writing feel that facilitates the learning process and can prevent frustration when writing. The Easybirdy Timber is available in different versions for both right and left-handers.

The wooden barrel not only gives the fountain pen a unique appearance, but also ensures a balanced weight distribution. The material is warm to the touch and lies comfortably in the hand, which aids control when writing. The fountain pen is designed for use with standard ink cartridges and is therefore easy to use in everyday school life. The royal blue, erasable ink used meets school requirements and allows corrections to be made with ink eraser.
