The paper is made from Yuzen-Washi. This is decorative Japanese washi, which in these sets features intricate floral and botanical patterns. Shogado has the Yuzen papers hand-printed and dyed in Kyoto, combining traditional manufacturing techniques with contemporary colors and motifs.
With its square format, the paper is ideal for folding origami figures. The decorative patterns also make the sheets perfect for collages, scrapbooking, cards, small paper objects, or for decorating notebooks and gifts.
