Not every day is a good day. But what is good or not good? With this book, you will realize that most days are better than you think and that you can learn and take away at least something from every day. Pause for a moment and ask yourself: What good things happened today? What am I grateful for? The book helps you to promote and train your mindfulness and (self-)appreciation. There is one page per day for you to record the good things so that you can let go of stressful thoughts. However, this is not about forced positivity, but about techniques that lead you to new insights in your everyday life. Together with quotes, tips and a habit tracker, you will get on the track of self-love.
In addition to the daily reflections, there are also 12 monthly reflections that provide space for the bigger picture. There you can review what was particularly good or particularly challenging in the respective month.
As you would expect from a good publisher, the books are produced in an environmentally friendly way and bound sustainably in a German family business. The printing inks are made from vegetable oil and are free from mineral oil. A Good Day is even vegan, as it is not glued with animal glue. The books are not shrink-wrapped and overproduction is avoided. We are fans!
