Schmincke´s Citrus-Terpin (the name should actually be citrus terebene or citrus oil of turpentine but Schmincke made their own translation!) should be used to solubilize resins and fatty oils as well as for thinning synthetic resins and oil paints. It is, however, primarily used as a fresh smelling cleaning agent for paint brushes and painting utensils.
