The Aqua Drop liquid watercolor paint from Schmincke is ideal for urban sketching, calligraphy, handlettering and air brush projects, in addition to classic watercolor painting. The pigment-based paint comes ready to use in a 30 ml plastic bottle with pipette. It is highly lightfast, re-dissolvable and can of course be thinned with water. All colors can be mixed with each other or with other watercolors in the Schmincke range.
You can use all shades of the Aqua Drop range on classic watercolor papers or pre-primed canvases. If you use the Aqua Drop Liner from Schmincke, smooth, satin papers are suitable for implementing your creative ideas. In any case, we recommend that you test the effect of the watercolors on your chosen surface in advance.
Also note that the color Opaque White is not suitable for the Aqua Drop Liner or for use in a fountain pen.
