The RefillOne Outliner refill ink is a specially developed permanent refill ink (45 ml) for all Neuland Outliner markers. It is water-based but dries permanently - ideal for creating clear, non-smudgeable outlines when subsequently coloring with water-based markers. It is easy to refill via the refill opening at the back of the marker using the integrated injection unit, and the dosage is precise and drip-free. With one bottle of Outliner ink, you can refill a No.One up to 22 times, a BigOne 11 times, a TwinOne 30 times or a Fineobn FineOne 45 times.
