The Neuland FineOne outliner with 1 mm round tip is specially designed for drawing rich black outlines on paper. Thanks to its water-based permanent ink, the line remains clear and does not smudge, even if you paint over it later with lighter colors. The ink does not bleed through the paper, which also makes the outliner suitable for sketchnotes and small-format lettering.
The outliner is refillable (RefillOne outliner ink, color code 010) and has a replaceable tip.
