The Neuland BigOne® Art Outliner is a refillable marker with a large, flexible brush tip that has been specially developed for dynamic outlines and concise headlines in rich black. The water-based permanent ink dries quickly, does not bleed through the paper and allows you to draw over it with colored, water-based markers without smudging the lines.
