Create decorative objects in a cool metallic look, give your furniture a new look or give your bike a fresh coat of paint. The Montana metallic effect spray is available for numerous ideas. It offers you high opacity, is abrasion-resistant, lightfast and weather-resistant, so it is ideally suited for functional objects.
Not only metal, porcelain, ceramics, masonry, wood, glass and canvases can be used as substrates, but also cardboard, paper, stone and acrylic can be given a metallic finish. Simply try it out on a non-visible area to see if your substrate and the paint are compatible.
Shake the spray can well not only for 2 to 3 minutes before use, but also during application. This ensures that the metallic particles are evenly mixed. The distance to the object you want to design should be about 15 to 20 cm. The optimum processing temperature is between 10 and 25 °C, and the humidity should be below 60% if possible. The standard cap and the medium pressure level allow you to work evenly. The result is dust-dry after about 10 minutes and touch-dry after 20 minutes. It is completely dry after about 24 hours. If necessary, you can now add other Montana primers, clear coats or markers.
If you want to work on darker substrates with the metallic effect spray, it is advisable to prime the substrate in a similar color beforehand.
