Kreul Glass & Porcelain, Chalky matt is a matt glass and porcelain paint that creates a chalk-like surface when painted. The creamy, opaque paint gives smooth surfaces a velvety, matt finish - ideal for customizing everyday objects such as glasses, plates, cups, vases or tiles. Water-based and made from over 60% natural raw materials, it impresses with its fast drying, lightfastness and smooth surface. After slow drying (approx. 4 hours) and baking at 160 °C in a non-preheated oven for 90 minutes, the paint is water- and dishwasher-safe and saliva-proof.
The paint is suitable for heat-resistant materials such as porcelain, glass, ceramic, terracotta and metal - but it also adheres reliably to surfaces such as acrylic glass, mirrors or plastic. The only important factor is the heat resistance of the material up to a baking temperature of 160 °C. The paint can be washed off with water until it is baked in the oven and can be corrected if necessary.
