The Koh-i-Noor Toison d'Or 1900 pencil set comprises 12 high-quality graphite pencils in a metal case. The two different combinations of pencils cover a wide range of hardnesses, from 8B to 8H, and are therefore suitable for both technical drawings and artistic sketches. The harder leads up to 8H are preferred for technical drawings, the softer pencils up to 8B for artistic work. The classic hexagonal shape of the pencils ensures good handling, while the black lacquer finish gives them an elegant appearance. With a length of 175 mm and a diameter of 7 mm, they sit comfortably in the hand. The lead diameter varies between 2 mm and 2.5 mm, depending on the degree of hardness.
