The fountain pen Kaweco Student is made of plastic in the barrel, in the grip zone it has a shiny metallic smooth area. With its elegant, nostalgic shape, it appeals to those who are looking for a very classic fountain pen.
Two standard Euro ink cartridges, i.e. those that can also be used in Pelikan fountain pens, fit in the Kaweco Student. So you can always store a spare cartridge in the barrel. Kaweco offers matching cartridges with ink in various colors, but only the blue ink (royal blue) can be erased with ink erasers. For all those who prefer to draw up the ink themselves and thus avoid plastic waste, the matching converter for standard cartridge system is available. We recommend that you do not use drawing or pull-out inks, as these quickly clog the ink duct.
