Golden High Flow acrylic paints are ultra-fluid acrylic paints with an ink-like consistency. They combine the durability and pigment quality of classic acrylic paints with an exceptionally low viscosity that enables flowing techniques, fine lines and detailed rendering in a way that is not easily achieved with classic acrylic tube paints. High Flow paints are suitable straight from the bottle for applications such as airbrushing, calligraphy, marker techniques, ink drawings, glazes, drips and pouring techniques - without the need for additional thinning. Due to its consistency, pump markers, dip pens, pen holders or sprayers can also be filled directly, making it a versatile material for mixed media projects and experimental painting techniques. Despite their thinness, general compatibility with other GOLDEN acrylic paints and mediums is maintained: High Flow colors can be used in layers and combinations with other acrylic series.
The three sets - "Intro", "Drawing & Lettering" and "Mixing" - cover a broad spectrum: from getting started and basic color use to graphic fine work and challenging mixing tasks. Together they offer a structured selection of easy-flowing, professional colors that support your creative work in airbrush, mixed media, drawing and experimental painting.
Despite the low-viscosity setting of the colors and the expressly intended usability in nozzles, pens, fillers and with nibs, all tools used should always be thoroughly cleaned with soapy water immediately after use and emptied if necessary. Diameters of less than 0.35 mm are not recommended for tools.
