The transparent, water-based FIMO varnish from STAEDTLER has been specially developed to reliably refine and protect baked polymer clay projects. After application - usually with the brush integrated in the cap - it dries clear and colorless and forms a semi-gloss or glossy surface, depending on the variant. The varnish enhances the color depth without causing color changes. Its lightfast properties ensure that the colors remain brilliant and unaltered in the long term. The varnish prevents moisture absorption and abrasion, especially on delicate craft objects such as jewelry, figurines or decorative accessories, making the surface more resistant to external stresses.
