Leather paper is a composite material made of paper and latex. At first glance, it looks like a matte photo cardboard, but has more of the properties of leather and fabric. Accordingly, leather paper can be sewn, embroidered and even washed and ironed. When washed, the material gets a slightly crumpled, rustic leather look and a softer feel. You can punch and cut the leather paper strips with scissors or a cutter - without fraying edges. Riveting is nice and easy.
