The Da Vinci Maestro Travel Watercolor Brush is a round watercolor brush designed for painting on the go. The brush head is made of select Kolinsky red sable hair and features a very fine tip. This allows you to paint fine lines, small areas, and details with exceptional precision. The two-piece black synthetic horn handle is specially designed for portable use. During transport, the handle serves as a protective cap for the brush head, ensuring that the brush tip isn’t left exposed in a watercolor box or case and isn’t subjected to mechanical stress. To paint, simply flip the handle over, which simultaneously extends the brush to a size that’s easy to handle. This design solves two common problems when drawing and painting with watercolors on the go: The brush takes up very little space while traveling, yet you still have a tool that’s easy to handle while working, and the valuable brush tip is protected during travel.
