The Da Vinci Colineo watercolor brush set from the 5422 series consists of two high-quality round brushes with synthetic Kolinsky fibres. These have been developed to imitate the properties of natural red sable hair and offer precise color control and high resilience.
The brush hairs consist of a mixture of synthetic fibers of different lengths, straight and wavy. This combination enables a fine tip and even paint pick-up and release. The short, ergonomically shaped wooden handles sit comfortably in the hand and allow direct control over the brush stroke.
The set is particularly suitable for watercolor painting, but can also be used for other liquid paint techniques. The brushes are dimensionally stable and durable, making them a reliable tool for detailed work and flat applications.
