If your creativity is great, but your budget is small, you can start making layouts, designs, or do coloring with the inexpensive Copic Ciao Marker.
Like the Copic Sketch, Ciao is equipped with a fixed, medium-width, very soft brush tip. The main difference to the Sketch is the slightly thinner and round shaft, which has a smaller ink collection volume. This is the only way to reduce the price of the Ciao, because the quality, color stability, and other properties of the ink and tips are completely identical to those of the entire professional Copic Marker family.
For drawing and creating outlined Copic drawings, Copic Multiliner and Copic Multiliner SP are suitable, which, unlike normal fineliners, do not bleed when painting over with Copic Markers.
To replace or refill, pull the tips carefully out of the shaft with tweezers. With a single Various Ink refill bottle, a marker can be refilled about 16 times!
Tip from our pen expert: When refilling from the Various Ink bottle, it is best to fill in only 1-2 line units.
