A Good Plan Mini 2024 is a holistic appointment calendar for more mindfulness and self-love in a handy DIN A6 format. It is by far the smallest One Good Plan calendar. With it, you can practice mindfulness and deceleration on the go, without neglecting your appointments.
In the weekly view you can not only enter your appointments, with the mindfulness traffic light you also get a quick overview of important factors such as sleep, mood and social contacts. On the right, you'll find space for notes. In the mindfulness tips you will learn something about mental health and burnout prevention every week. Quotes, habit trackers, and sunshine hours round out the view.
We grow not from our experiences, but from reflecting on those very experiences. Pausing once each month to reflect on what you've experienced has an immense decelerating effect. So write down once a month what happened, what you are grateful for, what you did well and what was rather difficult.
In the monthly planning you first define goals and wishes. Then think about what you are looking forward to and what will be a challenge. If necessary, define a habit that you can then check off each day in the weekly view.
The life planner (from the "big" A Good Plan) is missing from A Good Plan Mini, but you get the 52 worksheets as a free download with it. What makes you happy? What are your needs?
