There are no losers. Each participant can pick up a goodie in the store at the end of the competition.
Organizer of the competition is Modulor GmbH, Prinzenstr. 85, 10969 Berlin.
Period of the competition: 30.10.2023 until 26.11.2023 at 23:59 h.
After the competition, the Modulor jury will select the three winners. All participants will be notified by e-mail on 27.11.2023 whether they have won one of the three first prizes or a goodie. Upon presentation of the email, each participant can pick up their prize in the store (information counter). No cash payment or compensation possible. The right to win is not transferable. Only one entry per person is possible.
The three winners must respond to the message within 48 hours. If one of the three winners does not respond within the specified period, the jury will select a new winner from among the participants for the missing response.
Participation only possible within Germany. Participants must be over 18 years old at the time of the raffle.
Employees of Modulor GmbH are excluded.
By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. The legal process is excluded.
Modulor GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other (organizational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims.
Modulor GmbH shall not be liable for damages in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition provider or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This shall not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, limb and health or material contractual obligations.
