Breathe Right with Biet is a set of cards by the author Biet Simkin with illustrations by Léa Chassagne. The set contains 30 colorfully illustrated cards, each with a breathing exercise. Use this set of cards if you want to use your breath more consciously - for example for everyday issues such as headaches, sleep disorders, anger or lack of energy. The exercises on the cards are designed so that you can integrate them independently into your everyday life: To regulate your nervous system, to support your body and mind or as impulses for a more mindful lifestyle.
Examples of use, pick a card:
- After getting up or in the evening - use the exercise as a short impulse for more conscious breathing.
- In stressful situations: In phases of anger, excessive demands or exhaustion, the cards offer targeted breathing exercises for support.
- To prepare for sleep: Some cards are explicitly aimed at sleep disorders - use an exercise before going to bed.
- During rest periods: If you want to consciously go into yourself - e.g. after work or during a break - a card can help to calm the nervous system.
