Epiphany! is a memo game in English that combines artistic creativity and the spirit of discovery. The aim of the game is to find the two halves of a scene in which artists had their so-called "eureka moment" - the moment in which they became aware of a decisive artistic idea. The accompanying booklet takes a closer look at such moments from art history: for example, the day Judy Chicago adopted her new name, Jackson Pollock was inspired by the sand paintings of the Native Americans or Picasso came into contact with African art for the first time.
The game combines memory and learning aspects: players have to combine memory and visual association, while at the same time learning background stories about important artists and their creative breakthroughs in short texts in the booklet. It appeals to art and design lovers and all players interested in cultural education.
