We tried to figure out for a long time whether it was a popsicle or a certain chewing gum that used to be wrapped in this paper. Or put another way: what is it that this timeless, metallic glossy, linen embossed paper reminds us of? We are still trying to settle on an answer. In any case, this glossy bag has something festive about it; in the appropriate colours it fits with things like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas and New Years Eve. In general it can be said that they are the practical, glossy and effective alternative to basic flat paper bags – and rarely seen at that. Their primary use is as a gift envelope for A7 and A6 cards.
