Modulor GmbH 10-Year Limited Warranty for Steel and Wood Table Frames

This warranty applies exclusively to steel and wood table frames purchased from Modulor GmbH on or after the effective date. It does not cover table tops or any other products.

 

Warranty Coverage:

Modulor GmbH ("Modulor") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the steel and wood table frames ("Products") will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery to the original delivery address.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this warranty:

• The Purchaser must be the original purchaser and provide valid proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
• The Products must have been purchased directly from Modulor GmbH or an authorized retailer within the European Union.
• The warranty claim must be submitted in writing within ten (10) years from the date of delivery and within two (2) months of discovering the defect.

 

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to surface scratches, dents, or cosmetic damages.
• Variations in wood grain, color, or texture that are natural characteristics of the material.
• Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance. This also explicitly refers to the use of the table frames outdoors.
• Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or  environmental conditions in outdoor areas.
• Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Incidental or consequential damages.

 

Making a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact Modulor GmbH in writing, providing a detailed description of the defect, along with proof of purchase and photographs illustrating the issue.

Upon receipt, Modulor will review the claim and respond within one (1) week.

 

Remedies:

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Modulor will, at its discretion, either:

• Repair the defective Product at no charge;
• Replace the defective Product with the same or a comparable product; or
• Refund the original purchase price.
