Information about model cars

As far as type and model variety are concerned these finely detailed model autos made from centrifugally cast zinc may not be the last word but they nonetheless can add a lot to any architectural model. This is especially true of the hand-painted models. The push pin on the bottom of the auto ensures that the fairly heavy body will remain in place even during transport of the intact model.

*For reasons of economization we only get some of these model autos in 1:200 scale (or parts for these models which would then be not assembled) in PUR cast resin. More specifically, these include both of the buses and the payloads for the articulated lorry (tractor-trailer) and the box wagon (panel van).

The autos are laser-cut out of acrylic glass sheets just like the Acrylic Silhouette Figures. The thickness of the sheet, then, determines the width of the auto.
