The Novus stapler B2 or, alternatively, the B7A stapler are both high performance devices for the work station or the secretarial sector. Both can perform three functions: permanent stapling, removable stapling and nailing work. While the more basic of the two staplers can staple up to 25 sheets of office paper with a certain amount of effort, the B7A stapler has a special automatic function that can staple up to 8 sheets of paper with just the touch of a finger. If thicker stacks of paper need to be stapled (up to 30 sheets) then even the B7A needs to be pressed with a quick hard motion. By virtue of its insertion depth of 105 mm, this automatic stapler can also be used to make brochures from A4 paper. Given all these attributes, it is not surprising that there is a running “discussion” at the Modulor offices about just who gets to keep one of these great staplers at his work station.
