Store Return Policy

As a private customer we allow you to return any goods anytime within 14 days of purchase. This of course presupposes that the goods are in resalable condition and that you have the receipt at the time of the return. We will then give you your money back if you haven’t decided to buy something else or we can give you a Modulor voucher – it’s your choice!

Exempted from this policy are articles that were special ordered because they are not in our assortment. Additionally, magazins, items from rolls, custom cut items, custom-made items and specialty items are also excluded.
