Terms of payment for foreign countries

The following methods of payment are available:

• by credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express)
• by prepayment (In this case, please do not forget to inform your bank that you will pay the bank charges. Bank transfers within the EU are not subject to fees if the IBAN and Swift-Code are included with the payment. These data will be requested during the process of making an order in the webshop.)

Taxes and prices for deliveries outside of Germany

The prices given in the webshop are gross prices, which include the German VAT.

For orders within the European Union we invoice the German VAT unless you provide us with a valid VAT registration number.

Deliveries outside of the EU are invoiced at net prices. The German VAT is 19% at this time; exceptions include books and magazines where it stands at 7%. The net price of goods is shown in the shopping cart.

Terms of payment within Germany

Orders up to 150.00 € (gross) are shipped on account. For private customers, full payment is due in 14 days. For commercial customers we grant a 2% discount if payment is received within 10 days; after 30 days the full amount is overdue.

The following methods of payment are possible:

• by bank transfer
• by direct debit authorization (only for a German Girokonto)
• by credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express)

We reserve the right to deliver orders to new customers on a C.O.D. or payment in advance basis. The same is true for subsequent orders from customers whose payments have previously been late. Any collection costs must be paid by the consignee. We do not accept checks.
